Terms of Use

Last updated: September 5, 2026

These terms explain the use of commercialcoatingsusa.com, the website of Commercial Coatings USA.

Website information

This website provides general information about our painting, coating and flooring services, our company, and employment opportunities. Project requirements, product suitability, availability and scheduling vary. Contact our team for advice about your specific property or project.

Quotes, consultations and service agreements

Submitting an inquiry or booking a consultation does not create a construction contract, confirm a project start date, or guarantee pricing. The scope of work, price, schedule and any applicable warranties must be confirmed in a separate written agreement. That agreement governs the services we provide. Nothing on this page changes an existing signed agreement or any rights that cannot be limited by law.

Applications and information you submit

Please provide accurate contact and project information and submit only material you are entitled to share. A job application does not guarantee an interview or an offer of employment. Please do not use website forms to send payment-card details, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information that we have not requested.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website to send spam, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or infringe another person’s rights.

Website content

Website text, photographs, logos and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print information for your own consideration of our services. Other reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to or embed services such as Calendly and Google Maps. Those providers operate their own services and publish their own terms and privacy notices. Their availability and content are outside our control.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains website information collection and how to contact us about personal information.

Updates and questions

We may revise website information and these terms. Revisions will appear on this page with an updated date.
